Children from 4th, 5th and 6th auditioned for parts early in the last term and have worked exceptionally hard over the last while under the guidance of An M. Maireád, An M. Jill and An M. Clár. They thrilled their classmates with a full dress rehearsal here in Halla de Róiste. Over 50 are involved and the first performance will take place in St. Michael, New Ross tomorrow as part ot the Gael Linn competition, Scléip. Thanks to the many parents who have helped with costumes and set design and to the transition year students who have taken face painting to professional levels. Most importantly, we would like to extend thanks of the múinteóirí for all the preparation done over countless lunchtimes and after school. They have given the cast an incredible gift to be able to participate in a show of such a high standard.
