A new series of Irish language classes for adults will commence in Carlow in September. Organised by Glór Cheatharlach in association with Gaelchultúr Teo courses for beginners, improvers and advanced levels will be on offer depending on demand.
The courses are designed especially for adults wishing to learn the language or improve their Irish. Commencing the week of 23rd September classes will take place from 7-9pm on one night a week over 10 weeks. Course fee is €180.
Classes for beginners will be on Monday nights with intermediate and advanced levels on Tuesday nights. All classes will be held in the County Council Buildings, Athy Road.
