Ghlac cuid de pháistí sinsireacha na scoile páirt sa chomórtas ar-líne seo mar chuid de Sheachtain na Matamaitice. Bhí sé mar dhúshlán ag gach páiste fadhbanna uimhríochta a réiteach laistigh de theorainn ama áirithe. Bhí cúig cheist déag ann ina iomlán agus rátaí dúshláin éagsúla ag baint leo. Bhí marcanna níos airde ag baint leis na ceisteanna níos deacra – ach ina theannta sin, bhí píonós ann do na freagraí míchearta ar na ceisteanna sin freisin.
As part of Maths Week, a number of our senior students took part in this online competition. Each child had to work out various computational puzzles in a set timeframe. There were 15 questions in total – varying in difficulty. The more difficult puzzles carried higher marks- but there were also penalties for getting the wrong solutions in the more difficult questions.
